Studia theologica is a peer-reviewed professional theological quarterly published since 1999 in cooperation of four Czech and Slovak theological faculties: Since its foundation in 1999, the articles published in the journal have been peer-reviewed by the Faculty of Theology of the Cyril and Methodius University in Olomouc, the Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, the Faculty of Theology of the University of Trnava in Bratislava and the Faculty of Catholic Theology of Charles University in Prague. The journal contains studies and articles from all major theological disciplines, such as biblical theology, systematic theology, pastoral theology, religious education, ecumenical theology, church history, etc. Moreover, many of them follow an interdisciplinary perspective, touching on religious, philosophical, psychological, sociological and cultural sciences. The journal publishes scientific studies and articles. It accepts original, unpublished contributions. Submissions must meet the criteria outlined in the guidelines for contributors (see the appendix later on this page).
